A message dated May 9, 2001, was received stating the Governor is                                   
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                                                  
     Urging the United States Congress to pass legislation to fund the                              
     acquisition of high- resolution digital orthoimagery and digital
